2. Order Pick up on arrival or have it shipped
3. Show the pass at any of the attraction
How is COVID-19 impacting my upcoming travel plans with my London Pass?
Attractions in London are now opening to welcome you. It will be worthwhile to check the individual attraction websites for their most up-to-date information - Complete List is Included below click to see the websites
London Pass is working closely with attractions to help keep you up-to-date. To make it even easier for you to see scheduled reopenings, we’ve added flags to attraction images on the website - which highlight when an attraction is planning on opening.
The London Pass app says my pass is only valid for one year from purchase, although I’ve read that it will now work for two years. How do I confirm my new expiration date?
We’ve already extended all passes in our system to a two-year expiration date. In some cases where you’ve already downloaded your passes, the PDFs (or the app) will still show a 1-year expiration, but please note they will still work for two years. On pre-purchased passes, in order to see the updated two-year expiration, please follow these instructions:
On the PDF: you will need to download a new copy
from your email confirmation.
On the App: you will need to delete and then re-install the London Pass app again. Once you have downloaded a new copy, you should see the extended expiration date.
If you have any issues with the display of the new expiration date, just send us a note and we’ll assist you with these steps.
Will entry to attractions be different?
Those attractions that have reopened may have done
so with some changes to how London Pass holders gain entry, and we’re
working closely with them to ensure it’s seamless for you. We’re adding the
information we receive to the attraction pages of our website, and we advise
that you check this when planning your visit. This may include changes like
queuing further apart - each attraction will have its own process in place.
We’ve also added some new attraction filters to help you plan your visit including ‘Outside of the city’ and ‘Outdoor attractions’.
What is contactless entry?
Our passes are digital - you simply download them via our app and they live on your phone for when you need them. There is no need to exchange cash or card for payment and attractions will not need to hold your phone to scan the pass. We’re working with as many attractions as possible to encourage contactless entry.
Should I purchase a pass now for an upcoming trip?
Definitely! Our highly-rated London Passes remain available for advance purchases despite attractions being currently closed. If you purchase a pass now, you can have peace of mind that:
Passes are at the lowest prices of the season and you can start your experience any time within two years from the time of purchase.
We have a flexible return policy. Passes purchased during this promotional period may be returned within 30 days, with no questions asked.
You are supporting the tourism recovery effort and helping our family of attraction partners.
Contactless scanning at the attractions - no need to exchange money or hand over a credit card.
What do I need to know about NHS Track and Trace while visiting London?
The NHS test and trace service ensures that anyone who develops symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) can quickly be tested to find out if they have the virus. In order to reduce the spread of infection, we will be obliged to provide your name and contact details, should we be asked by the UK government. For more information, visit GOV.uk.
